Hi community,
I'm connecting a fiber connection to the firewall with speeds between 350 and 450 Mbps, but I'm only getting 10 Mbps in return. I understand that there will be some speed reduction, but is this normal???
I have disabled all security features in the firewall policy and the "threat-weight" configuration, but I am still experiencing the same speed issues.
Here is my configuration. Please, if you have any advice on how to increase my internet speed, I would appreciate it.

Hello Maan,
Don't you have some traffic shaper applied to your policy ?
And another point :
If you have all time about 10 Mbps I suggest you to check any intermediary devices, as switch which can have only 100 / 100 Mbps.
And please tell me, are you making tests from PC connected by wire or by WiFi ?

Hi Tajfun,
No, I don't have any shaper applied, and the speed is getting from a maximum of 17 Mbps to 8 Mbps.
I'm testing from the SSID I created in the Fortigate, and this is the configuration for it:
It looks like basic configuration.
It the same problem if someone will try to access internet by wire ?
And the simplest suggestion
Don't you have an antivirus/firewall on your computer that scans traffic and significantly affects its speed?
Hi Tajfun,
I apologize for my delayed response.
It's not an issue with the local antivirus or firewall. When I connect directly to the fiber, I get around 400 Mbps. However, when I connect through the firewall that is providing the internet via fiber, I'm experiencing the low speeds issue.
