Forced to recreate a new FortiAP profile to make the FAPs work

Hello,

Last week, three Faps stopped broadcasting ssids on a remote site (Ipsec VPN link from a fortigate 30E to a FOrtiVM which has the role of fortiAps manager).

In the manager, they are grayed out. There has been no change in infrastructure, no ISP change.

the only way to have the faps recognized in the manager is to recreate a new profile (with the same SSID) and to assign this new profile to the faps.

If I push back the initial profile, the faps are again grayed out in the manager and no longer broadcast the SSIDs on the remote site.

Do you have a track to enlighten me on the subject and to continue using the original profile ?
