Firmware updates with web filter bundle?

I bought a Fortigate 60E with the web filtering package - should this come with firmware upgrades for the firewall? As i login to Fortigate portal it says firmware upgrades expires next month.

If so how much roughly is it for firmware upgrades?

I think (but I might be wrong) that firmwareupdates are part of the hardware support license while webfilter belongs to the utm services.
