I got this old router [size="4"](fortiwifi 60b)[/size] from a closed company Before they handed over their equipment they erased everything (The firmware on the equipment) I got this router It does not have firmware Where can i download firmware And what the name of the file and firmware number

File is "FWF_60B-v400-build0694-FORTINET.out". Now you need to find/bribe someone with support license to download firmware for you. Good luck!

As far as I tried, I could not find a way to download this firmware anywhere

Will it fit Or it's a version only for the non-wireless router

You need a FWF firmware and legally without a support contract no one will download and give the firmware to you. The 60Bseries are quite old btw and yes it will work just great for a home use case. That's all of the suggestion I can give you.

Did they erase the firmware or just reset it to factory? If factory, you could till get it up and running.

Also, if the company is recently closed, the unit may still be under service contract. Contact customer service through email and inquire. You will need the serial number and plead your case.

They deleted the firmware And that was about 3 or 4 years ago Router sitting in boxes in a warehouse until they threw him (With other computer equipment that was there) I took for home use

You are out of luck unless you can find on the open market somewhere. Firmware is for registered users and I doubt anyone here would be willing to go out on that limb and provide a copy.

The last firmware you can load to FWF 60B.

this is for home use 3 computer

Instead of throwing it away I thought I'd use it for my house

How can i download the firmware of this device ?
