Firmware Update Fortigate 80E

I recently did a firmware upgrade on our 80E firewall. After the firmware upgrade I have no internet access, I cannot get out of WAN 1 or WAN 2. As a test we used the DMZ port and we were able to get to the internet from that port. I know the internet connection from our telco company is good. If I connect it to our old firewall it works fine. I have also rebooted our modem and talked to our ISP provided and they can see the link and report no issues. I have talked to several fortigate support techs and each ones tells me something different or tries different solutions with no luck.

I downgraded to the previous firmware upgrade or at least the last one that was working and still same issues. I was thinking about a complete restore to factory defaults but was wondering if there is a best practice way of doing this.

Thank you
