Not aware of any change which would break it, at the moment.

The Link works for me in a Browser, yes but not in a RSS Reader or in Outlook. Have nothing changed but in Outlook I get now unknown Error 0x800C0019
Maybe it is my fault but again, I have changed nothing.

That's strange.
I'm not aware of any change which should bring RSS feed down on our side.
And mentioned error 0x800C0019 is pretty generic for all sort of connection, or inability to gather content, issues. At least from what I found online, like
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/troubleshoot/profiles-and-accounts/error-when-subscribing-...
But to be honest I'm not an Outlook user and not aware of any issue on MSFT side either.
Both,

- support - https://support.fortinet.com/rss/firmware.xml
... links works for me now (was OOO when you posted).

I think the problem with https://pub.kb.fortinet.com/rss/firmware.xml is the site is using a self-signed certificate. While https://support.fortinet.com/rss/firmware.xml site is DigiCert signed cert.
When I tried setting up an account at Thunderbird with the "pub.kb" one it doesn't allow it and says "...uses an invalid security certificate."

@xsilver_FTNT- The above appears to be accurate. My FGT is blocking the SSL connection to pub.kb.fortinet.com due to the certificate-status being untrusted.
Here's a screenshot from the FGT logs. It appears a FortiWeb is potentially tweaking the certificate incorrectly.

@Toshi_Esumi maybe you are right with self signed, because Support and Technical Documents are working

It's NOT expired. So ignoring expired certs wouldn't change the outcome. If it has an option to ignore invalid certs, that might work.

The "pub.kb" Link makes the same after remover RSS Feed.
It works for one Time, then I get an Error.
Now I tried the other Link, and the Error has gone for today.
If it comes back I will reply here.
