Firmware Images

Hi everybody, I' m looking to download the last firmware image for Fortigate 400, Fortigate 800A and Fortigate 1000A, but I can' t. Could anyone help me? , thanks for all. I arrive to the web ftp://support.fortinet.com/FortiGate, but it isn' t show nothing. My mail is checho999@gmail.com, thanks again

use https://support.fortinet.com and your login credentials to access to firmware images! martin

Thanks for the quick answer, but I can' t open the web https://support.fortinet.com/EndUser/FirmwareImages.aspx, it shows Error 500 Internal Server Error, so I can' t to access to it. There are any alternative way to download the images ?

the support website works over here - i' ve just tested it.... maybe try another browser

I was able to pass to next screen, but now get up again the same 500 Internal Server Error. There is any way to access by ftp or any alternative to web? when I back to first, I don' t access to ftp again. Help please.

I try with Firefox, IE, Opera, but it' s the same result. I navigate by the support web well, but when I try to access https://support.fortinet.com/EndUser/FirmwareImages.aspx it spend until show the previous error 500.

Sorry, at last I may to access, the problem was on the proxy, so I went without the proxy. Thanks to all

For future references, try disabling the " Friendly" error messages in your web browser. This will give you a more beneficial error than " Internal Server Error." Thanks, Matthew Smith.
