Firewall is halt

I cannot access my firewall and any services are not working.

I consoled the firewall and found these logs below.

What's happened? and what should I do next?

Hello,

 

 I suggest you open a FortiCare ticket for detailed investigation. From the logs, it appears system has run short of memory. You may gather the below command output and provide to TAC for analysis,

#get system status

#get system perf status

#diag debug rep

#exec log filter category 1

#exec log filter view-lines 1000

#exec log display

#diag deb comlog read

Please ensure to collect the below at the time of the issue 

get system status
get hardware status
get system performance status (run this command 5 times in interval of 1 minutes)
diag sys top 1 40 2
diag sys top-mem 10
diag sys flash list
diagnose autoupdate versions
diag hard sys cpu
diag hard sys mem
diagnose hardware sys shm
diag hard sys slab
diag sys session stat
diagnose hardware deviceinfo disk
get log gui-display
get log disk setting
get log memory setting
diagnose debug report

 

The information above can be used by the engineer assigned to investigate.
