I cannot access my firewall and any services are not working.

I suggest you open a FortiCare ticket for detailed investigation. From the logs, it appears system has run short of memory. You may gather the below command output and provide to TAC for analysis,

#diag deb comlog read

get system performance status (run this command 5 times in interval of 1 minutes)

diagnose autoupdate versions

diagnose hardware sys shm
diag hard sys slab
diag sys session stat
diagnose hardware deviceinfo disk
get log gui-display
get log disk setting
get log memory setting
diagnose debug report
The information above can be used by the engineer assigned to investigate.
