Firewall Policy 861

Seeing this Error for first time ... Any clues ?

yes the site you tried to access is being blocked and by  fwpolicy id #861 .  You need to  diag debug flow your local firewall or the remote fwpolicy (  if it's a remote firewall doing it )

Please check policy 861 "block-notification enable" .
