Firewall Firmware Update
Hello, I have a problem.
Some companies do not have FortiGate licenses. Is it still possible to perform a firmware update? For example, from Firmware v7.4.3 build 2573 (Feature) to Firmware v7.6.1 build 2573 (Feature)

Hello @Liza1,
After 7.4, if you don't have an active license you can't upgrade your unit. You can just upgrade your unit to a minor version.
PS, this feature has been updated to 7.4.2. There are some changes. You can review these changes on this link.

If I have Firmware v7.4.3 build 2573 (Feature), can I perform a firmware upgrade to Firmware v7.4.6 build 1157 (Mature)?

Hello @Liza1 ,
I think you can upgrade your software because this is a minor upgrade.
Btw, what is the license expiration date of your firewall?

Hi @Liza1 ,
Please note that the build number for FortiOS V7.4.3 GA.is build 2726, not build 1157.
And yes, you can upgrade from 7.4.3 to 7.4.6.
Jerry
