Section View is extremely useful when managing a FortiGate with a large number of rules, but when you create a rule with multiple source/destination networks this useful feature is disabled.
It would be nice to keep Section View, but add new sections like "Multiple Sources", "Multiple Destinations" and "Multiple Sources & Destinations" just above the "Implicit" section. That way Section View could be maintained.

I understand what you are saying. However, if you are on a recent release than you can add section titles even in global view. try living with 4.2.x where adding an "all" rule disables section view and section titles do not exist yet!!
It was horrible to use global view without section titles and lots of rules!
