Failing to update a managed device

Since last friday I have a device with config status as "conflict" when I refreshed the device an error pops up saying "Failed to update device information", when I try to retrieve the configuration, same error same message. Does anyone can give me a hand.

What was the last changes ?

what is the status of the FGFM tunnel? Do you guys change the IP or any new networking setting ?

Your FMG is VM ? DId you check the min system requirement ?

diagnose hardware info ? 

diagnose debug crashlog read

execute top --->any one on Z state ?[/ul]

I would say contact FMG support for further investigation.
