Failing to update a managed device

Since last friday I have a device with config status as "conflict" when I refreshed the device an error pops up saying "Failed to update device information", when I try to retrieve the configuration, same error same message. Does anyone can give me a hand.

Couple of things to check:

  • What is the version of the FMG?
  • What is the version of the FGT?
  • What is the version of the ADOM?[/ul]

  • This was working before ?
  • What was the last changes ?
  • what is the status of the FGFM tunnel? Do you guys change the IP or any new networking setting ?
  • What is the version of the FGT? 5.4 ---> what is the last digit? did you check the FMG/FGT chart ? https://fortinetweb.s3.amazonaws.com/docs.fortinet.com/v2/attachments/c26becec-566a-11e9-81a4-005056...

  • Your FMG is VM ? DId you check the min system requirement ?
  • diagnose hardware info ? 
  • diagnose debug crashlog read
  • execute top --->any one on Z state ?[/ul]

    I would say contact FMG support for further investigation.
