I have this log in our FortiAuthenticator. What does it mean?

Hi atravel,
it means that on the activation step FortiAuthenticator had not received information on the phone platform, Android or iOS. In turn, this means that your push notification won't work as FortiAuthenticator does not know to which cloud service it should send the push message.
Please try to activate that token again. If you don't use push messages, no need to worry about it.
