Failed to download license
Hi, Based on document, I try to download and install evaluation license. But I got the error message. Anyone can help to take a look at it? Thank you very much.

Thats correct. Only one trial VM per account.
Limitations of the evaluation VM license include the following:
- Maximum of one free evaluation copy per FortiCare account

How is about accessing the Gui directly and entering the Forti account for activation?

FortiGate-VM deployment packages are found on the Support site. In the Download drop-down menu, select VM Images. In the Select Product drop-down menu, select FortiGate, NOT FortiFirewall.
If you select "New deployment of FortiFirewall for VMware..." image, then you will get an error with trial license activation.
If you select "New deployment of FortiGate for VMware..." image, then you will be able to activate the trial license.

Solved mines as well. Downloaded the wrong VM: FFW when it should have been FG

That solved my issue also. I downloaded Fortinet Firewall and not FortiGate.
