Fail-detect link down
"link down" is set but the link to the FortiGate in the upper "BackBone" is displayed as "up". In fact, FortiGate is "Down".
The optical signal is coming from FortiGate.
Because of this, the top equipment will not go down.
Are there any issues or workarounds related to this?
