Hi, how can i reset to factory reset my Fortiswitch 124F-FPOE

are you able to access the device through console port? If yes, you issue the command exe factoryreset

even thru its console port? IMO, you need to secure USB to serial. Its very useful in dealing with networking and sec devices.

There should be a reset hole on the front panel

console port using the following default settings: Baud rate: 115200 Data bits: 8 Parity: None Stop bits: 1 Flow control: None

On console (Try to change the putty console speed to 115200) or ssh you must write:

execute factoryreset

or

execute factoryresetfull (the swith reload on old software release)
