FWF60C SSL VPN Only Works On WAN Interface

I have a FWF60C running v5.2.0,build0589 (GA) and have set it up to listen for the VPN on several interfaces. However, the web portal only comes up when connecting to the WAN interface. If I try connecting to the web portal from say Internal1, nothing comes up. Is this by design now? Previously I could connect to the VPN on multiple interfaces before upgrading to 5.2. Any thoughts?

look at local in policy for the portal traffic ?
