Hi
Can anyone tell me what exact format the music on hold (MOH) file should be. I know it is a wav mono, not sure of the rest.
Cheers

Hi.
Page 50 of the FortiVoice user manual PDF mentions the following:
"8 kHz, 8 bit, Mono, u-Law .wav file that contains the greeting. The maximum file size is 5 minutes."
You can create it easily, or convert another .wav format to it, with the old Windows Sound Recorder.
Other audio editors, like Audacity, will also save in that format.
Watch, the u-Law codec is the important part, and the hardest to find in all the options.
Working with FortiVoice products since 2008
