FTP Passive Mode CMD Not working.

dear sir/madam,

i've configured port forwarding on the my fortinet 60D v5.2.3,build670 .

the rule is confiugred as follows : From:WAN1 , to Internal  , Destintion Address:Virutal IP , (with the below

External IP Address:XXX. (The wan1 address is listed here, the mapped ip address (the server that will accept ftp connections .)

and the ports mapping 20-23 . .

i've also added an additional ftp port forwarding (via virutal ip Object ) to ports 12,000-50000 .

afterwards , when trying to start ftp session via CMD (after logging in and password , when i try to list DIR . i do not get replay and the folders are not listed (no error ) . but when using ftp client (like filezilla or File Explorer Or Internet explorer , i can easliy get to the files .

please advise what am i doing wrong .

p.s i've also tried to disable the session helper and renable as well. - no good .
