FSSO group is not showing anything

We noticed that the FSSO group is not showing any members although it show there are 20 groups.

my FortiOS is 7.2.7. is there anything wrong with my FSSO setup ?

You may also want to verify if your agent version is compatible with FOS 7.2.7:

Do note that agent version 5.0 build 0312 and later is needed for FSSO agent support OU in group filters.
