FSSO - No monitored DCs

We' ve configured the FSSO collector agent on a member server in our domain. We' ve configured it to poll DCs (no DC agents), using Event Log monitoring method. We' ve identified the DCs we would like to poll in the " Select Domain Controllers for Monitoring User Logon Event" box. But when we click Show Monitored DCs, it takes a few seconds and gives this error message: Timed out when getting DC Agent status. First of all, is there a misconfiguration or is this error message somewhat misleading, since we don' t have any DC agents? Second, any ideas on what the problem may be? Thanks. P.S. We' ve verified there' s no FW in between to block the polling.

Hello, check if Collector Agent runs under domain admin account as that is very recommended and if ports such as 8000/8002 are not being used by other service: netstat -aonb (from command line)
