FSSO Config Issue

I have installed a new Fortigate, and i'm using FSSO agent to discover users authenticated on my parc.   The installation of the agent is ok, the agent can see all authentications (Cf. picutre), and the status of communication between the agent and the fortigate is ok/success.   The issue is that the fortigate can't see the list of the autentications (see below). What can be the reason of this please?    diag debu authd fsso list ----FSSO logons---- Total number of logons listed: 0, filtered: 0 ----end of FSSO logons----

In FSSO Agent are you able to see the Fortigate Serial No as connected ?

Hi,

The Connection status was ok, it was resolved by changing the AD access  mode to advanced.
