FSSO Config Issue

Hi all,

I have multiples fortigate (100D) configured and work finely on my environnement.

I have installed a new Fortigate, and i'm using FSSO agent to discover users authenticated on my parc.

The installation of the agent is ok, the agent can see all authentications, and the status of communication between the agent and the fortigate is ok.

The issue is that the fortigate can't see the list of the autentications (see below).

What can be the reason of this please?
