FSSO Collector Agent redundancy

Hi, I have a problem with FSSO CA, i have 2 CA configured on my fortigate, primary and secondary. this 2 CA works in polling mode, but there is a difference on users logon event, the number of captured logon event, it's different in the 2 CA, and this cause a problem with authentication in my fortigate, becouse if, for example, one logon event is captured by secondary CA, and this not syncronize this information with the primary CA, i can't see this user in my fortigate. There is a way to synchronize Users List in the 2 FSSO Collecor Agent?
