FSSO Collector Agent "Test Workstation"

Hello,

- I opened all these ports on endpoint device 135, 139, 137, 445 TCP.

- When I click "Test Workstation" button, this massage appears "failed to do workstation check through WMI" + "Unkown workstation state".

- But if I open all TCP ports on endpoint, the test works normally.

- What are the TCP ports should I open on endpoint device?

When doing a workstation check, it is NOT only about the TCP Port on endpoint. It also depends on the type of service account you are using and the permission you have.
