Hello, i have setup fsso collector agent and it is working great. The only problem I have is that the usernames are all capital letters. Is there a option that I can set to tell the collector agent to send the usernames to the Fortigate the same as they appear in the Active Directory?

Hi lyubomir.traykov,
I'm not aware of any way how to set it. AFAIK the logons are normalized to uppercase by design. Mostly to overcome differences between data provided by user and data stored in AD, mostly because AD logon mechanisms are case-insensitive, while Unix/Linux and so Unix based FortiOS are case-sensitive. For example Johndoe and JohnDoe would be two different users for FortiOS, while this can be same user on AD.

I think the problem is with the Collector Agent, because when i use the local fsso-polling agent the usernames are ok. When I check the Collector Agent log file usernames are fine there too.
