FSSO Authentication Blocking Intranet Sites

Good day,

I have a SharePoint 2016 site that uses NTLM for authentication. We deployed FSSO integrated with AD. Ever since the agent deployment SharePoint users are now presented with a login dialogue box prompting them to sign every time they launch the intranet site.

I have tried excluding IP Addresses of SharePoint Servers from the collector agent and this did not resolve the issue. How do explicitly instruct the fsso agent to ignore NTLM challenge requests when users Logon to SharePoint sites?

Or how do we enable FSSO to relay SharePoint NTLM logins to AD for authentication without challenging users to enter username and password?

I am just looking for a seamless experience for users.
