FSAE collectoragent.exe DCOM errors Event ID 10028 - Sry for duplicate

I have the same problem as described in this thread

I have double checked and confirmed that workstation tcp upd ports are all opened (manually add policy to open all tcp port for testing). However, problem is not solved. The FSSO Agent does not pickup the login info from AD, however, i can still login using domain account normally. Looking at window event, i quickly identity the error message :

"DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer using any of the configured protocols; requested by PID      c8c (C:\Program Files (x86)\Fortinet\FSAE\collectoragent.exe), while activating CLSID {8BC3F05E-D86B-11D0-A075-00C04FB68820}."


Im planning to reinstall Window 10 on this workstation and see if problem can be resolved, however, this is only last option because it generates a lot of hassles for me.
