FQDN URL open slowly

When we all host traffic is forwarded from the basic policy (default Policy ) allow only internal office URL Group ) then internal office sites URL is not working properly  ( it mean sites open very slowly ) but any ip given limited access or full access then working properly

Can you check if there is a DNS resolution delay? For testing on one of the user PCs add static entries for the URLs and check if there is delay?

How to add a DNS entry manually to a Windows Computer
Step 1 – Open Notepad as an Administrator

For example in Windows 10 click on Start, Type in Notepad, Right Click and choose Run as Administrator
Step 2 – Browse to and open the Host File

c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts.file
Step 3 – Add in the required entry in the format of Ip Addresss > TAB > DNS Name

For example: 1.2.3.4 dropbox.com

Save the file
