Anyone experiencing issues, that FGT60F's do not get the firmware upgrade notification, and when you try to download and install firmware manually it says, that firmware is not for that model? (I downloaded the fw marked as designated for 60F). it seems to be for all fw versions

Wrong one. That's for the Ragged 60F.

Make sure your FGT has license for Firmware and GEneral Updates if trying to upgrade to 7.4.3 as starting with 7.4.3 the license check is enforced. 

Firmware upgrade from Fortiguard always lags behind, especially now that everyone and their sister are downloading firmware to fix SSL VPN vulnerability. 

This error means indeed you downloaded the wrong image.
