Hi,
When I check the MX record for your domain 'yopo.com.mx' noticed that it is binded with 187.216.130.242
Please do let us know what is the 'hostname' and 'local domain name' is configured under Mail Settings > Settings >
Make sure MX and A records are correctly configured on your DNS providers, if not kindly configure the same and test again.
Still if you are facing the same problem, kindly provide the relevant logs from the FortiMail and also what kind of message you are getting when you send a mail to gmail.com
Cheers
Somu

Under Mail Settings>Settings Menu
Hostname: yopo
Local Domain Name: com.mx
I have a free account in Dinahosting and I have this configured.

Type: A > HOST: www > DESTINATION: 187.216.130.242
Type: MX > HOST: MX2 > DESTINATION: yopo.com.mx
I have only this configuration into my DNS en the cloud with Dinahosting.
