FORTIEDR jumpbox Installation

Hi guys, So I Just installed a core that I intend to use as a jumpbox for my FortiEDR. The installation was successful but I am not getting access to the cloud EDR console. the core is not showing up in the System components on the console. I created hange. A firewall policy to allow traffic from the cloudbased EDR to the internal server carrying the jumpbox and vice verser but still no change what could be the Issue and how do I fix this?

We recommend you raise a support ticket so we can help you troubleshoot this. It's possible your aggregator address is incorrect.

When you create a ticket, please attach the following file:

/opt/FortiEDR/core/Config/Core/CoreBootstrap.jsn

And the logs in this folder:

/opt/FortEDR/core/Logs/Core
