FORTICLOUD - CLEAR QUOTA
Hi,
I am trying to clear the quotas on free (1gb) Forticloud account, they have used all the data and I need to clear the quota to allow logging to resume, I cant find the button or method to clear the quota, I think I used it once before but no cannot find how to clear it.
Sorry for the simple question but if anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be helpful

See if the option shows up under a different web browser. We don't use FortiCloud, so not sure if there are various management levels or assigned rights...like there is on the main support site.

Hello Mark,
I get the option on Home page itself.
If you redirecting to the dashboard, use the "Home" button and try.
As dave suggested, you can try with another browser.

So My hunch was right about different manage levels. Can you click on the sprocket tool and confirm your ID has the correct rights to perform the action?

I personally wouldn't know; our company doesn't use FortiCloud. I only found about the above info out when I clicked on the live demo account link. The FAQ suggests doing the following though...
