FORTICLIENT not able to access server after connecting with airtel network

whenever #FortiClient is connecting with airtel network VPN successfully connected but not able to access server

after connection established i tried to ping servers but not reachable error is coming.

is anyone also facing this issue

Are you able to access the servers when VPN is connected using other ISPs?
While connected using Airtel, are you able to ping the Fortigate IPs (WAN and LAN- on which the server is connected)?

Can you share the error message you are getting ?

try the sniffer command on fortigate to check weather the packet is reaching the fortigate.
# diag sniffer packet any "host x.x.x.x and icmp" 4 0 l
replace x.x.x.x with the server ip
