Hi,
We have issue with our Access Point FORTIAP-210B. It can't be detected via router anymore. Firmware update didn't help I found in other topic that CAPWAP enabling should help. But now we have other issue:
PWR light is on (blinking from time to time) so this device is powered up but when we try to connect to any PC via LAN cable to login there is no response (NIC message "Network cable unplugged"). No ping. We tried via ETH port and CONSOLE.
Is there any way to reset to factory settings? I can't see any hole with "a hard reset button"...Maybe there is a way to connect via USB?

Suggest to perform power cycle which would regain console access so that factory reset can be performed from FAP prompt.
#factoryreset
I have the same issue with two FortiAPs. Power cycle does not regain access to console.
