FORTIANALYZER and FORTIGATE HA Device - UKNOWN

Dear All, I am running FORTIGATE 100D with 5.0.7 as Active-Passive Cluster. FORTIANALYZER is FAZ-100C with 5.0.6 FortiAnalyzer Operating System and connected to Remote MySQL Database 5.6.14. Issue - Upon adding FORTIGATE 100D Cluster to FAZ-100C, it shows a two different hardware devices and when editing the hardware it always shows Connected Interface: HA Mode Unknown I tried to check any detailed information for this issue but could not reach to any conclusion. Have any of forum member has faced this issue? Rgds, Abhay

Hi, I have FGT100D cluster A-P v5.0.7 and FAZ VM v5.0.5 and I see also Unknown. Our customer has a FGT300C cluster A-A v5.0.7 and FAZ400C v5.0.5 and the HA Mode Unknown. I don' t know whether this feature is working or not but I am interested only in logs so I do not care :)

I have HA Cluster of 100D (4MR3 patch 16) with 200D Fortianalyzer and before 5.0.7 the Fortianalyzer show the Cluster... now I updated to 5.0.7 and it show 2 separate F100D... no more cluster... this is very annoying. Anyone has the same problem ?? Thx Chris

You need create a Log Array and group both devices... To create a new log array: 1. In the Log View pane, select the Tools button, and select Manage Log Arrays. The Manage Log Arrays dialog box is displayed. 2. Select Create New in the dialog box toolbar. The Create New Log Array dialog box is displayed. Regards, Paulo Raponi
