FIPS compliance

We are looking to replace our 110c and also address some audit items. We need to install a FIPS compliant firewall with FIPS 140-2 compliant SSL VPN. We are looking at the 200D for the hardware, but I'm confused about the firmware. The only certified firmware that I see on the NIST site is 5.0.10. I know newer versions of the firmware have a FIPS CC compliant mode, but if they aren't certified by NIST I'm afraid we will not pass the next audit. Can anyone please help me understand this better? Your choice are to  contact SSE  and you global partner but your 100% right on your findings. 5.0.10 or a earlier  4version is all  you have.
