FGT40C and Firmware 5.2.0

The SYSLOG option has disappeared in the 40C. I am able to turn on the service by issuing the following commands,

config log syslogd setting

set status enable

set server <IP Address>  "This command is missing.."

Has it been moved to a different location?

Thanks

hi,

I've just tried this:

fw # conf log syslogd setting
fw (setting) # sh

fw (setting) # sh fu

config log syslogd setting
    set status disable
end

fw (setting) # set stat ena
fw (setting) # sh fu

config log syslogd setting
    set status enable
    set server ''
    set reliable disable
    set port 514
    set csv disable
    set facility local7
    set source-ip 0.0.0.0
end

fw (setting) # set server 192.168.234.11
fw (setting) # sh

config log syslogd setting
    set status enable
    set server "192.168.234.11"
end

fw (setting) # sh fu
config log syslogd setting
    set status enable
    set server "192.168.234.11"
    set reliable disable
    set port 514
    set csv disable
    set facility local7
    set source-ip 0.0.0.0
end

fw (setting) # end
fw #

So everything is working as expected.

I just upgraded the firmware to 5.2.2. I can see the extra commands after I do "set status enable".

Thanks
