FG300C automatic update issue

Hello all I have a FG300C with all fortiguard licenses. I have already registered it and all dates are correct about expiration. So fortiguard is reachable. I set updating schedule AV&IPS for every hour. But schedule update does not work. There is no configuration for override and push updates. however when i run command " execute update-now" AV and IPS can be update and there is no problem. I test all firmwares like: v.4 MR3 patch 12 v.4 MR3 patch 15 v.5.0.4 v.5.0.7 and all are the same.also there is no error on debugging commands like: dignose debug enable diagnose debug application update 255 DNS is work and i can ping update.fortiguard.net and service.fortiguard.net also there is no error on diagnose autoupdate status diagnose autoupdate version FDS is available so what is the problem???

Did you get this fixed, had same problem recently with 2 300c in ha, both same problem

Sorry I can' t answer your question but by all means enable push updates. This is the quickest way to get signature updates and can replace scheduled updates without any disadvantages. Also, pushed updates are more often than hourly ones.

Updates to AV and IPS signature databases tend to be once a day or so. Updating once an hour may not help all that much. Once a day or a couple times a day on the scheduled update should be plenty. Enabling push update is a good idea for best security because if there is a crucial update it gets pushed from fortiguard and enabled on your FGT quickly. Hope that helps! Cheers
