Hello,
We have a FG100E on version v6.0.0 build0076. While in the office, it isn't letting us through to a particular FTP site we need to access (https://sbsftp.benefitfocus.com/). Chrome says the site can't be reached and IE states it can't connect securely to the page due to outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. I'm wondering if the issue has something to do with the default SSL certificate inspection, but not really sure and can't find anything in the logs that correlates to what is stopping access to the site.
Using the same laptop on a network at home, I can get through just fine. It is not a DNS issue and a tracert gets through to the same destination whether on our internal network or a different network that gets through successfully. That much is probably obvious from the error message IE throws internally pointing to TLS settings. I'm just at a loss for what the cause is so don't know what to work on for a solution. Any help would be appreciated.

Why not just create a single policy for access to that server? You can leave it simple without inspection.
