FCP-Fortigate 7.4 Administrator badge not reflecting on Fortinet Training institute Portal

Dear Everyone,

I passed the "FCP - FortiGate 7.4 Administrator" exam on 14th August 2024. Today when I logged on to "Fortinet Training institute Portal" (https://training.fortinet.com/local/cert/my/) I don't see any certification badge on my Profile, Online scorecard says that you will get "Your Fortinet NSE Training Institute account will be updated within 5 business days and A digital exam badge will be issued for passing this exam"  It has been 7 days since I have passed the exam but still I don't see the any badge at above mentioned portal. Can someone please help me regarding this.

Hello @khade8519 ,

Normally, this badge reflects automatically to your training institute account. Maybe at this time, there is a problem with that process. 

You can create a case for the training institute helpdesk about that problem.

When I try to login on above given https://helpdesk.training.fortinet.com/support/tickets/new it is showing to login as Customer/Partner/Employee  How to login here can't I login using Fortinet Training institute portal login credentials..Please guide

Hello @khade8519 ,

You can log in with your "support.fortinet.com" account via customer/partner options.

If you don't have a support account, you can create a new one.
