FCP_FGT_AD-7.6 exam language fixed to Japanese in Japan

Hi,

I am trying to register for the FCP_FGT_AD-7.6 (FortiGate Administrator) exam via Pearson VUE in Japan.
The exam language is fixed to Japanese, and I do not see an option to select English, while some other Fortinet exams appear in English by default.
Could someone please confirm whether this exam is Japanese-only in Japan, or if there is any supported way to take it in English ? Thank you.

Fortinet exams, including FCP_FGT_AD-7.6, do support English as an exam language in general, and the exam content itself is available in English and Japanese. But regional restrictions or Pearson VUE's local test center policies may limit language options in specific countries like Japan.

If you want to take the exam in English while in Japan, possible options might include:

• Checking if Pearson VUE offers the exam via remote proctoring (OnVUE), which sometimes allows more language choices than physical test centers.
• Contact Fortinet certification support directly to confirm language availability or request English language accommodation.
• Considering travel to a nearby country or region where the English language option is explicitly available.

In summary, the exam is not inherently Japanese-only, but in Japan, the registration system through Pearson VUE currently restricts it to the Japanese language only.

Thanks for the clarification.

I personally prefer taking exams at a test center, and I’m okay with taking FCP_FGT_AD-7.6 in Japanese in Japan.

For more advanced exams, though, it will be more comfortable with English, so I hope language options can be more flexible in the future.
