FCHelper64.exe
Hello,
We recently implemented the Forticlient with anti-virus and webfilter.
I know see the System Event log full of errors of FCHelper64.exe, on all client pcs.
It appears about every 5 minutes.
Any idea?
Version installed 5.6.3.1130
Regards,
Natascha

So from what I have seen is that a dcom error has to do with the program need elevated privileges to run. In this case it makes sense as the FortiClient isn't fully accessible from a normal user account. In order to get to all of the FC confguration you have to run it as an administrator so my theory is that this is happening becasue of that, especially when you have UAC enabled.
How to fix it? I have no idea. Honestly I think it is poor design on Fortinet's part.
