I'm using FC version 5.6.0.1075 to connect to Fortigate. I don't know what happened but suddenly I'm getting error about Fortigate or EMS that are not reacheable (see attachement). On all interfaces the FortiTelemetry is enabled. I tried to connect manualy to my fortigate with x.x.x.x:8013 but getting the same error. My vpn connection comes up but I can not reach any internal sources. Any ideas where to search next?
Which version of FortiOS do you use on your FortiGate?
NSE 4/5/7
Okay, that is the same version of FortiOS and FortiClient that I use.
As you try to reach the FortiTelemetry over an vpn connection, can you show us the firewall policy for this connection?
Or does it also fail when your client is directly connected to your fortigate?
NSE 4/5/7
Ok I removed the confguration on my fortigate and rebuild it again. My FClient is now registered with my Fortigate. The only thing that I have noticed is that the connection with FC enabled (IPSec) is very slow... RDP sessions, opening webpages.. everything seems to be very slow... Any tips for that?
