FAZ400B is making empty reports

Hello all,

I have a FortiAnalyzer400B which has the latest 5.0.10 firmware, It was on 4.something, i upgraded to 5.0, then 5.0.6, then to 5.0.10.

now reports are not generating at all, all other logs are received normally,

the problem when i generate any report it says : "No matching log data for this report".

i did the following to rebuild the sql DB but nothing changed:

config system global
set log-mode collector
end
config system sql
set status disable
end
execute sql-local remove-db
config system sql
set status local
end
config system global
set log-mode analyzer
end
exec sql-local rebuild-db

any ideas ??

Hi there, if you are able to see log view(both traffic and UTM logs), but no report, please run a report with a shorter period like last 2 hrs. If report is still empty, please open a ticket and leave ticket number here, we will follow up.
