I upgraded FortiAnalyzar from v.5.6.0 to v.6.2.9.
after the upgrade, I can't log in to the system even with my user, super user (GUI), or console.
please advice.

there is no maintainer procedure in FortiAnalzyer as there is in FortiGate, but you do have a few options.

I have exact same issue! upgrade from 5.6 to 6.2.9 and tried everything but not able to login to the FAZ. Should be a but TAC wont help.
How did you fix it finally?
Select Forum Responses to become Knowledge Articles!
Select the “Nominate to Knowledge Base” button to recommend a forum post to become a knowledge article.
