Hi @Daniyal007 ,

This is most probably an issue related to your license for this SN, proceed to create a ticket with Customer Service to get an assistance.

license SN is same

Yep, as @smkml has stated, Customer Service will sort it out. What he meant is that license and SN are not connected correctly atm. CS is very friendly and helpful, and they have the power...

Ah, so an unlicensed FAZ VM supports up to 5 devices?

Is there a link for 'demo' devices where the corresponding limits are detailed?

no i have old outdated license of forti analyzer when i update the new license it shows this error

An unlicensed (trial) FortiAnalyzer VM should support up to three devices:

https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortianalyzer/7.4.0/vm-trial-license-guide/131614/licensing. I'm not aware of any demo devices that are simply publicly available, I'm sorry to say.

Cheers,

Debbie

@Debbie_FTNTsorry, I misused 'demo' for 'trial', a.k.a. unlicensed. Thanks for the hint.
