FAZ Events Monitor show status as Unhandled, whereas expected action is already taken.

Hello Everyone,

Got query related to event status "Mitigated" and "Unhandled"

I can see few events with status as "Unhandled" when action is already dropped.

How can we change event status to "mitigated"...?
