I'm considering upgrading our FortiAnalyzer 200D to 5.6.4 and our FortiAuthenticator to 5.3.1 (from 5.2.2) and wanted to check with y'all about compatibility, as I won't be upgrading other devices for a while and I could only find certain information about what is compatible with what. Devices are:
FortiAuthenticator 5.3.1 - FAZ release docs say it's compatible with 5.2.2 but don't list anything later
FortiSwitches: 3.6.6 - FAZ release docs say 3.6.5 is compatible, so hoping 3.6.6 is too...
FortiAPs: 5.4.4 - can't find compatibility info, but since managed by FortiGates, probably compatible?
FortiGates: 5.4.9
No FortiClients at the moment, so no issues there.
Could anybody clarify whether the above versions should all be compatible?
If there are compatibility documents I missed related to this I'd really appreciate links to them.
I've mostly looked at:
https://docs.fortinet.com/uploaded/files/4232/Security-Fabric-5.6.4-Upgrade%20Guide.pdf
https://docs.fortinet.com/uploaded/files/2901/fortianalyzer-compatibility.pdf

Thanks.
For FortiAPs, the key is just to make sure they are compatible with the FortiGates. Since FortiAPs don't directly send any logs to FortiAnalyzer.
